EgeliCo Energy Investments Inc. is a publicly traded investment company with shares listed on Borsa Istanbul.
Egeli&Co. Energy Investments was established by Akbank T.A.Ş. on 18 September 1998 under the title of Ak B-Tipi Investment Trust A.Ş. and joined Egeli&Co. Financial Services Group with the acquisition of Ak B-Tipi Investment Trust A.Ş. shares by Egeli&Co. Investment Holding Inc. on 3 July 2012.
The company's status, whose shares are traded on Borsa Istanbul under the code EGLCEY and regulated and audited by the Capital Markets Board, was changed from a securities investment trust to a venture capital investment trust with the General Assembly decision dated 27 December 2012.
