The company's shares were publicly offered and listed on Borsa Istanbul.

Egeli & Co, having acquired the majority of the company's publicly traded shares, became the controlling shareholder of the company through the transfer of its privileged shares to Egeli & Co.

Our company changed its type, exiting the Securities Investment Trust status, and completed the transformation into Turkey's first agriculture-focused Venture Capital Investment Trust, changing its title to Egeli & Co Tarım GSYO.

Our company has acquired a 43% stake in Tolina Tarım Hayvancılık ve Gıda Ürünleri Tic. ve San. A.Ş. ("Tolina Tarım"), an organic raw milk business operating in Tire/Izmir.

Batı Tarımsal Yatırımlar, within the framework of the IPARD program, established a sheep dairy, fattening, and breeding facility with a capacity of 2,000 head in Baklan, Denizli.

A 5.63% stake in Yaprak Süt İşletmesi, whose shares are traded on Borsa Istanbul, was purchased on the exchange as part of a short-term investment strategy.

To separate the small livestock operations from the land consolidation activities, Batı Tarımsal was divided, and EGC Tarım Arazileri company was established.

Our entire stake in Tolina Tarım, our subsidiary operating in Tire, was sold, and we exited the partnership.
